Meet Keith Hadley

Principal Consultant, The Table Group
Founder, Keith Hadley Consulting, Ltd.
Keith brings over 20 years of organizational and strategy leadership to his partnership with The Table Group, providing expertise in helping CEOs build cohesive teams and competitive advantage.
Whether he's consulting to CEOs one-on-one or with their teams, or leading a large workshop, Keith's passion and excitement are contagious. His skill for helping teams tackle complex issues has made him a sought-after advisor.
Keith works with leaders and their teams to help them master the disciplines of organizational health. His clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, non-profit, manufacturing, professional services and healthcare.
He brings a diverse background of product management, sales, marketing and organizational development — a valuable resource for leaders adapting to rapid market change who want to build an attractive and results-driven employee culture.
Prior to partnering with The Table Group, Keith was a vice president with technology company CareerBuilder, where he headed sales development and the employment branding practice and led teams in marketing and human resources. He was a consultant at McGladrey in the human capital and strategic planning group and served at the Moody Bible Institute as the corporate trainer.
Keith lives with his wife and three children in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
A partnership, not a franchise.
As a Principal Consultant with Patrick Lencioni's Table Group, Keith works from the model laid out in The Advantage and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team — and draws on a bench of colleagues doing the same work across the country.

Meet the team
The people who make every engagement run — from the first scheduling email to the last day of an offsite.
Sarah Farthing
Sarah serves as Business Manager for Keith Hadley Consulting. She manages client relationships and team offsites, working closely with our back office associates to provide an outstanding client experience — and takes great pride in helping things run smoothly for our own team and the clients we serve.
Before joining, Sarah founded and operated a retail and wholesale coffee business with her husband, Joe. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S.W. from Washington University in St. Louis, and lives in Lawrence, Kansas with Joe and their twin sons.
Julie Sanchez
Julie provides back office support for Keith Hadley Consulting, working closely with the Business Manager and the Operations and Finance Administrator to meet the needs of both clients and consultants. One of her goals in life is to leave everything better than when she found it.
Julie graduated from Bethel University in Indiana with a degree in Elementary Education and taught 6th grade Social Studies. Originally from Canada, she grew up in Zambia and Kenya before settling in the States. She and her husband have four kids and live in Illinois.
Emily Strautmann
Emily manages the finer details that keep the practice running smoothly, working closely with our Business Manager and Administrative Assistant. Her niche is behind the scenes — crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s in support of her team on the front lines.
After studying Biblical Counseling and Psychology in the Midwest, she served as Enrollment Coordinator at her alma mater before taking time off for family. Emily lives in West Michigan with her husband and three young children.
Lindsay Phillips
Lindsay provides behind-the-scenes support that helps the team serve both clients and consultants effectively, partnering closely with the Business Manager and the Operations and Finance Administrator to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and previously worked as a Registered Dietitian. Her background also includes retail management and office administration, letting her adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.
